JupyStrap

The JUPYSTRAP acts by a set of elastic straps causing an adductor effect on the two lower limbs. This effect allows partial resting of the adductor muscles and the pubic region as well as a more balanced and less aggressive stride for the pelvis.

The JUPYSTRAP is indicated for all ligament pain in the pubic region related to walking. (walking, going up/down the stairs, going up/down the bed, etc.)

The JUPYSTRAP is indicated for ligament pain in the pubic region of pregnant women during their usual activities.

The JUPYSTRAP is traditionally worn over leggings, pants, a pair of tights etc...

The management of pubalgia in pregnant women remains difficult, especially during a second pregnancy. The first child requiring additional physical activity from the mother.

Treatments are limited:
- NSAIDs are contraindicated during pregnancy,
- level 1 analgesics are not very effective on pain relieved on average at 7/10,
- level 2 analgesics are difficult to manage over the long term,
- physiotherapy and osteopathy treatments provide temporary relief,
- almost complete rest is difficult to respect, especially from a second pregnancy,
- pregnancy belts exist but no studies have been published on the effectiveness of these
belts.

The JUPYSTRAP provides a very interesting answer:
- it avoids taking medication,
- it allows an almost complete resumption of usual activities,
- the relief is immediate.
