Set of test pessaries – Donut Milex

This Donut Test Pessary Set is designed to help healthcare professionals determine the correct model and size of pessary for each patient.
Test Donut pessaries have the same dimensions as Donut Milex pessaries intended for patient wear.

Made of medical silicone, they are resistant and sterilizable in the autoclave.

This set contains 4 Donut test pessaries, corresponding to the 4 most prescribed sizes:
• T2 64mm
• T3 70mm
• T4 76mm
• T5 83mm

Why use test pessaries?

The pessary is a very effective and satisfactory device for 90% of patients, provided that the model, size, and support are appropriate. Statistically, it is necessary to try between 2 and 4 pessaries with a patient to find the right one. Carrying out trials in consultation with test pessaries therefore makes it possible to ensure that the right pessary is prescribed for each patient, and to avoid:

• Have the patient bear the financial cost of purchasing several pessaries
• To discourage the patient
• Getting discouraged as a therapist
