The patient blows into the Winner Flow (without prior air intake = imperative) calibrated to 1 and follows the response given on the screen in a line that must reach the two vertical bars indicating 4 and 5 seconds. As a reminder, the active exhalation in the Winner Flow begins with a lowering of the thorax then a shortening of the abdomen without hardening then finally a tilting of the pelvis more or less moderate to facilitate the end of the breath, without blocking or apnea to finish.
